All the little details are taken care of to ensure that you don’t need to lift a finger on holiday.

The exterior of the villa has been given equally careful thought. An alfresco living and dining area, the latter festooned with vines, give you plenty of room to relax outdoors and sit over a leisurely evening meal and a few bottles of Sardinian wine with friends. As you descend the slope from the villa, down to the wonderful salt water swimming pool, and beyond, dropping towards the sea by way of a private gate and tiny path, you understand how much the outdoors is an intrinsic part of this property. With a 270-degree view of the sea, it’s very much part of the experience here, with amazing views everywhere you look.

Location

Villa Adelaide is located within a private compound of other exclusive villas between Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, and has panoramic sea views.

The nearest town is located just a ten minute drive away, and Marina of Portisco is approximately 800 metres away from this luxury villa. There is also a private dock in front of the villa, for those chartering boats.

The closest airport is Olbia and the drive takes approximately 30 minutes.

Villa Adelaide sleeps 12 + 1 guests across 7 bedrooms. The villa is split into two wings, joined by a patio and terrace with bedrooms on both sides.

Left wing:
3 x Double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sea views and direct access to garden.
1 x Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom opening onto the patio.
1 x Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Right wing:
1 x Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
1 x Single bedroom (most suited for a child or guests’ staff) with separate bathroom.

Eating

A private chef and butler can be arranged to cater for you during your holiday at this luxury villa in Sardinia. If you wish to eat out, your concierge will be happy to make recommendations and bookings for you in Porto Cervo.

Spinnaker restaurant offers great seafood and stylish ambience in equal measure, or try the rustic and rural I Fratti Rossi, just south of Porto Cervo, for perfectly presented local ingredients. At Madai, on the harbour promenade, you can enjoy either sea views or the sheltered garden with your excellent raw and fresh fish. Il Pescatore, on the harbour, offers great views and even a glass fence you can watch fish through while awaiting your meal. Or for something a little different try the Asian Fusion restaurant, Finger’s Club, on Porto Vecchio.

If you prefer to dine in and cater for yourself, the well-equipped kitchen is a pleasure to prepare food in and gourmands will enjoy shopping in Sardinia’s fabulous food markets and trying out local ingredients back at your luxury villa.
