You can either create a brochure featuring a single property, directly from that properties page, or you can create a brochure featuring multiple properties. To do that: Add your selected properties to your shortlist. Then go to your shortlist (click ‘My Shortlist” in the left hand main menu) Click “Create a customised eBrochure”, add your email address and click submit. And that’s it. You will then be given the option to download your PDF brochure there and then, or you you can download it later using the link that is automatically emailed to you.

Firefly Collection does not arrange flights, car hire or travel insurance, as we focus purely on the accommodation. We’d be happy to arrange your transfers to your property from the destination airport and coordinate any special requests you may have at the property.
Yes. It is your responsibility to ensure you are adequately covered. When you make a booking you agree to take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; end supplier failure; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses.
No. We don’t charge a penny extra over the standard property rental price. There is no mark up and no booking fee. Firefly Collection offers the same or lower rates as can be found anywhere else, even going direct to the properties, so you won’t find a better rate elsewhere. Plus every client booking with Firefly Collection will receive the bespoke service of a Personal Reservation Manager, at no cost, to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Yes. Just let us know the arrival and departure times of your flights and we will get you a quote for private transfers to your chalet or villa. If you are happy to proceed, just let as know and we will send you a payment link to book them.

Your booking is directly with the property operator, rather than with Firefly Collection, and therefore the cancellation policy is determined by the terms of each property contract.
