3 Bedrooms

Price from CHF14500 to CHF30000/week

Description
Built on the site of the old Garbos hotel and finished to a very high standard, the apartments at the No. 5 complex offer the height of chalet chic in a very convenient location on the route de la Medran, with excellent skiing right on your doorstep.

Every room is finished to a very high standard and the contemporary-rustic interior décor gives the property an eclectic vibe that makes you feel right at home.

Pop art and an uber-modern stove nestle comfortably alongside rough-hewn furniture in the living area and a combination of squashy sofas and casual seating make it a great place to socialise with friends. The spacious living and dining area makes for the perfect backdrop to the fabulous food and fine wines you’ll be treated to each evening. Then take your drinks out and admire the spectacular views from your private south-facing balcony.

In the bedrooms, old meets new successfully with sleek modern artworks hanging above beds loaded with faux furs, knits and slubby linen cushions.

The No. 5 complex also includes access to the luxurious shared hammam, sauna and gym, where you can relax and give any aching muscles a bit of pampering after a day carving up the slopes. Total bliss.

Eating
Delicious, often local, ingredients, locally sourced wine list, an imaginative and eclectic menu…you won’t go hungry at No. 5.

To start on the right note, a champagne reception will welcome you to the property and champagne is also served with pre-dinner canapés each evening. And why not?

Your personal chef will ensure breakfast sets you up for the day ahead on the mountain. A hot cooked breakfast is served on six mornings, whilst local cheeses, yoghurt, muesli and crusty bread and jams always available in the mornings.

Once you’ve staggered out and worked off the morning’s indulgence on the slopes, you’ll return in the afternoon to find tea, homemade cakes and sweet and savoury treats laid out ready for you to help yourselves.

In the evening, following champagne and canapés, a four-course meal will be served along with a selection of European house wines. Your experienced chef will contact you prior to your arrival to create the perfect menu for your group including earlier tea's for little ones, but whatever you choose will be cooked to perfection and your chef will have some inspiring menu ideas to tempt your tastebuds.

Please note the chef has one day off a week but your concierge will be happy to arrange restaurant reservations for you.
