DescriptionSo much more than simply a luxury villa in the Caribbean, this award-winning property in Anguilla is real pinch-yourself stuff.
Nestled right on the white sand on the beautiful Meads Bay, with spectacular ocean views, you would be hard-pressed to find a more fabulous location. The Beach House really makes the most of its stunning setting, too. A huge infinity pool is the focal point of the outside space, surrounded by loungers and spots to relax in the sun. There’s also a hot-tub outside on the terrace - the perfect venue for cocktail hour.
You’re encouraged to enjoy all the beach has to offer – just ask your butler to set up a game of beach volleyball or football and get everyone down on the sand for a few games. There are also paddle boards, kayaks and snorkelling gear to let you get up close and personal with the impossibly azure sea. Whether you’re wandering the landscaped gardens enjoying a little peace and quiet or reclining in the hot tub, that wonderful sea view follows you everywhere in your luxury villa.
Once inside, the luxury villa with staff is an ideal combination of exclusive five-star hotel and relaxed Caribbean bolthole. The interior is decked out in true beach house style – a minimalist white palette, brought to life with bold patterns and zingy shades in the uber-modern furniture pieces. The highlight of the property must be the amazing double-height living and entertaining space, which has superb sea views from the comfy sofas, making it the perfect place for you and the rest of your party to gather for cocktail hour in the early evening.
Each of the light, bright bedrooms in this luxury villa has air-conditioning to ensure that once you slip beneath high-quality cotton sheets each night, you sleep like a baby, and everywhere, from the spa-style bathrooms to the gourmet kitchen, you’ll find the fixtures, fittings and gadgets are always top-of-the-range.
It’s clear that an enormous amount of thought and care has gone into making this luxury villa in Anguilla somewhere that every member of a large party is catered for. The property would be ideal for a party for a Caribbean wedding party, or simply as somewhere for a group of friends and family to relax in each other’s company. A cinema room provides a brilliant venue for a movie night, with additional entertaining space at the back and drinks and popcorn provided by staff; for fitness fanatics there’s a fantastically well-appointed gym; a games room packed with sports tables and board games gives kids (and big kids, too) somewhere to chill out; and if you really insist, there’s an office for those who need to keep up with work (though do drop into the bar first and take a drink with you, of course!).
It’s clear to see why this luxury villa in Anguilla has been described as ‘paradise in paradise’. It’s no exaggeration to say that a break at The Beach House is a holiday that will stay with you for a lifetime.

KidsThis luxury villa in Anguilla is just steps from the beach, making it ideal for a family to enjoy. The stunning Meads Bay, with its white sands and azure waters, is regularly voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
As well as the beach, the villa has a swimming pool and a hot tub in which to splash and relax. Older children will enjoy using the snorkels, paddleboards and beach volley ball and soccer equipment.
There’s also a private tennis court, where you can have private lessons or just knock a ball around for a few hours.
This luxury villa’s real treat, however, is its uber-modern and superbly equipped games room. The games room has everything from an electron air hockey table, to 8-ft billiards table, to table tennis to Arcade basketball net, as well as stacks of other games suitable for all ages.
And of an evening, while the adults enjoy cocktails, kids will enjoy having a movie screening in the private cinema room with room for up to 19 people.
