DescriptionA location as special as the naturally beautiful island of Anguilla demands a bolthole that is its equal, and we think we’ve found it in Caelum Villa.
Perched right on the beachfront at Barnes Bay, the turquoise sea is ever-present at this luxury Caribbean Villa. From almost every room, the ocean peeks in and the sound of gentle waves pervades every terrace and corridor. The utmost care and attention has gone into making this stunning luxury villa a welcoming home. Every super-comfy bed, every freshly prepared gourmet meal, every top-of-the-range amenity has been carefully selected to ensure your experience here is the best of the best.
In line with this, the villa is generously staffed. From the moment your flight touches down, there will be someone there to take the strain, from dealing with your luggage, to ensuring your cocktail is mixed just how you like it, to getting your massage bed right in that sliver of sunshine on the terrace so your skin is warmed while you enjoy your massage and listen to the waves. It’s all taken care of for you.
A team of three chefs will make sure every tummy is full and no glass is ever approaching empty, whether your vision is an intimate beach wedding breakfast or super-relaxed alfresco barbecues.
Your luxury villa holiday can be as laid-back or as action-packed as you like here. Get involved in paddle-boarding, tennis, golf, beach volleyball, kayaking, take the hobi cat out for an ocean tour or burn off some lobster barbecues in the gym… Or, if you prefer, make the most of this fabulous luxury villa’s location and its facilities by floating in the pool, bubbling with a drink in the jacuzzi, sprawling in the cinema, enjoying a massage in a location of your choice, or simply lounging at the edge of the waves with a good book under a parasol. Whatever is on your agenda, you’ll find it at Villa Caelum.
From the chic dining room, to the modern and colourful games room, to the airy New England style drawing room, this luxury villa is a paen to good taste and relaxing atmosphere.

The chefs are poised to spoil both you and your palate from the moment you arrive and, with a dedicated chef’s kitchen as well as a show kitchen, there’s plenty of space for them to do so. This luxury villa is served by three chefs – an executive chef, sous chef, and dedicated breakfast chef – and when you experience the breakfasts, you’ll understand why. As well as a range of delicious and healthy continental choices, from fresh fruit and granola to delicious home baked pastries, there are also hot options including eggs cooked however you like them, bacon, sausages and more, or for something sweet, delicious pancakes and waffles.
Lunch is usually a varied choice of gourmet sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads and light bites, and dinner can be whatever your heart desires…
As you’d expect at a luxury Caribbean villa, seafood is a speciality – from buttery lobster and local crayfish to fresh-from-the-sea red snapper, mahi-mahi and more. But the main aim of the villa’s staff will be to ensure everything is to your liking. That might be candlelit meals served on the beach, laid-back barbecues out on the terraces or a luxury breakfast served in bed. The staff will work closely with you to ensure all is exactly how you like it.
The Caelum experience option means that all your breakfasts, lunches, snacks, drinks and dinner on five nights of your stay is included, allowing you to get on with the serious business of total relaxation. However, if you wish, you can opt for the a la carte choice, which allows you to explore the area’s eateries more, with food and drink costs added to the final bill.
