The apartment features an open-plan living space, comprising a cosy living room with a stylish seating area with a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi access. The room also has a small kitchen area, for when you are not out sampling Lech’s incredible restaurants, you can prepare meals from.

The bedroom can be configured as either a double bedroom or a twin, allowing for flexibility in group make up. The spacious bedroom has been decorated in a modern and tasteful style, with a large window flooding the room with warm winter light and has an en-suite shower room.

The apartment also has a shared ski locker with heater boot warms, to ensure your ski boots are toasty and ready to wear each morning

The Balegia Residence is located just a minute’s stroll from the Schlosskopf lift, so you can be first on the snow each morning.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck, approx. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich approx. 2hrs 30mins away.
