After days exploring the epic Three Valleys ski area, you’ll feel instantly relaxed and at home when you return to Chalet Eclipse. The modern alpine design is the perfect blend of fresh and authentic, spacious and intimate, and grown-up and family-friendly.

No detail has been overlooked in creating a plush full-facility ski chalet. Take time to soothe weary muscles in the sauna, plunge into the Jacuzzi’s warm bubbling waters or swim a few gentle laps in the swimming pool. Ask your friendly butler to bring a bottle from the wine cellar out to the main balcony, where you can soak up the snow-capped mountain panoramas before dinner. Then, as night falls, gather everyone for a game of pool, chat around the flickering flames of the fire or kick back with a movie night at the home cinema.

If swooshing down the slopes isn’t enough exercise for you, the chalet comes with a fitness room, as well as a yoga room and massage room. Seven en-suite bedrooms include six generous doubles (four feature a balcony), a kids’ twin room.

Location

Chalet Eclipse sits in a prime position, two minutes from the centre of upmarket Courchevel 1850 and just 50 metres from the slopes. A stay here gives you access to the very best of the Three Valleys ski area.

A private resort driver service is included (8 hours per day between 8am and 10pm).

The nearest airport is Chambery, around 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive away. Grenoble and Lyon airports can be reached in approximately 2 hours 10 minutes, while transfers from Geneva airport take 2 hours 20 minutes.

There’s also Courchevel Altiport for those travelling by helicopter or private jet.

Eating

At Chalet Eclipse, your private chef will cater to your party’s needs, ensuring that everyone’s preferences and dietary requirements are taken care of during their stay.

Each morning, a cooked breakfast with plenty of sweet and savoury options will set you up for a day on the slopes. When you return from fun-filled days on the mountain, afternoon tea will be waiting for you.

For six evenings a week, your chef will prepare a delicious five-course meal, including mouth-watering appetisers and cheeses, accompanied by your choice of drinks.

This gives you one evening to sample Courchevel’s top restaurant scene, and your concierge will be more than happy to make recommendations and bookings.
