Eating
Food and drink is an important part of your stay at this luxury ski chalet and are taken seriously. An experienced and talented private chef will be on hand to ensure you’re kept well fuelled for the slopes each day.
You’ll wake to a delicious breakfast each morning and when you return from the slopes following a day’s skiing you’ll find afternoon tea and cake ready to warm you through.
On six nights, you’ll start with Champagne and canapés, whilst your chef prepares a gourmet evening meal, using local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible.
Your dining experience is completely tailored to you and the chefs will be delighted to discuss your requirements prior to your arrival. They can create a formal gastronomic experience with classic dishes with a twist, or perhaps you would prefer local specialities, or comfort food in front of the TV – they can do that too.
Many excellent house wines are kept in stock in the cellar, but if you have any particular requests, however rare, let us know and we will liaise with the chalet team to try to track them down to have them ready for you when you arrive. Of course, there is always chilled Champagne waiting for you and your guests.
If required, your chef can cater specifically to children’s dinner time and offer early children’s supper on six evenings.
On staff night off, you’ll have the opportunity to sample delicious local cuisine and your host will be delighted to make recommendations or bookings for local restaurants.
