Perched up on the Plateau de Plan-Mayens, this luxury ski chalet has a secluded feel, an intimate atmosphere and design features to die for, as well as being close to some of the best skiing in Europe.

Six master bedrooms each come equipped with spa-style en-suites and dressing rooms and are kitted out with only the most comfortable beds, stacked with soft pillows and cosy throws to make every room a wonderful winter bolthole.

There’s plenty of room here both to entertain and to find your own space to relax quietly, with a cosy living space decorated in traditional Alpine style with a modern twist, a cigar lounge to retire to after dinner and a library and office space, too. Whether you’re gathering around the fire with your party in the evenings or cosying up with a book in a quiet corner, everyone will find space for themselves, however they prefer to relax.

Guests can make the most of the facilities, from the spa where you can indulge in a range of pampering wellbeing treatments, to the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and fitness room. There’s even a cinema room – an ideal place to while away an afternoon with a movie and popcorn.

Staff are on hand to ensure every aspect of your break is just perfect, whether that’s working out menus that will delight everyone in your party, ensuring your beds are turned down and totally inviting every evening, or organising days out and activities so that every day is full of adventure.

Rental of Chalet Ultima 2 on its own is not possible, but can be taken alongside Chalet Ultima 1 for larger parties to accommodate up to 28 adults + 10 children across sixteen bedrooms.

Location

Chalet Ultima 2 is located in the Plateau de Plan-Mayens area of Crans Montana, offering guests the perfect luxury retreat in the Swiss Alps.

Conveniently positioned close to the blue Montana-Crans piste, guests can ski-in to within 30m of the property and ski-out again towards the nearest Crans lift station.

The nearest airport is Sion approx. 40mins drive away, or Geneva approx. 2hrs away with private airport transfers included on arrival and departure days.

Rooms

Chalet Ultima 2 sleeps 12 guests across six bedrooms.

Bedroom 1:
Double bedroom on first floor with en-suite bathroom and terrace access.

Bedrooms 2 and 3:
Double bedrooms on first floor each with en-suite shower rooms and terrace access.

Bedroom 4:
Double bedroom on first floor with en-suite bathroom and terrace access.

Bedrooms 5 & 6:
Double bedrooms on top floor each with en-suite bathrooms, dressing areas and shared balcony.

Please note that all beds are fixed and cannot be split into twins.

Eating

Fine wines and excellent food are two of the cornerstones of a stay at Chalet Ultima. For the duration of your visit, you’ll be in the safe hands of one of the best private chefs in the world, who will cater for all your needs.

Breakfast is served each morning as you wake, so that you can be first onto the snow if you want to. Or if you prefer a more leisurely breakfast over several coffees, that’s also to be encouraged. When you return from the slopes, an afternoon tea will always be ready and waiting for you to warm you through.

Your private chef will conjure up tantalising 3-course lunch and dinner services during your stay. Any dietary requirements, whims and wishes can all be taken into account when menus are being designed, to ensure every meal is one to remember for all the best reasons.

Kids

Children are most welcome in this luxury six-bedroom chalet in Crans Montana, and staff are always on hand to ensure that they take the strain rather than parents.

There’s plenty of space to play in this property and when they get home from ski school, kids might enjoy chilling out in the cinema room or splashing in the pool. There’s also a beautiful lake within the grounds where you can take them for a walk to burn off any excess energy.
