This cosy, self-catered chalet allows you to come and go as you please, make spur-of-the-moment plans and truly relax into your holiday. Maison D’Hiver has a laid-back, mountain feel. Its warm, alpine décor is coated in artisan wood furnishings and textured materials. From the impressive handmade staircase to the traditional alpine fur throws in every corner, you are sure to feel instantly at home here.

The kitchen, living room and dining table are all part of one interconnected space, making it the ideal bolthole for enjoying sociable meals together. Yet venture upstairs, and the space feels snug and private. Each of the 5-bedrooms boast lavish ensuites, with one of the king-sized rooms featuring a unique Japanese style bath. The neutral palette and tasteful details add extra depth to the comfort of this space.

In the evenings, watch the sun dip below the horizon from the comfort of your private hot tub. Afterwards, you can wrap up in a warm blanket and take in the crisp mountain air from the balcony – the perfect activity for unwinding after a long summer hike, or a big day out on the slopes. Location

Maison D’Hiver is located in a peaceful and private part of Les Gets, just 5-7 minutes’ drive into the village.

For self-driving guests, the chalet offers private parking for three cars on the drive and one car in the garage. For your convenience, you’ll also have two allocated parking spaces in the centre of Les Gets next to the Chavannes lift station. If you prefer not to drive, an in-resort driver service can be provided at additional cost.

The nearest airport is Geneva, which is approximately 1hr 15mins drive away.

Maison D’Hiver is offered on a self-catered basis, allowing you to follow your own holiday schedule.

You’ll find a welcome pack, including Champagne, beers and arrival breakfast items to set you up, so you can get down to the business of relaxing in privacy the moment you arrive.

For those after a slow start to the day, you can make use of the breakfast bar nook, perfect for savouring your morning coffee. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living room is very well appointed with everything you need to cater for your party in the comfort of your chalet.

You’ll have the opportunity to explore some of Les Gets’ top-quality restaurants, or order food straight to the door if you would prefer. The 24-hour concierge service can help advise on the best dining spots for your requirements.

Maison D’Hiver is a fantastic family base, sleeping up to 12 guests. As the bedrooms are split over two floors, it makes it the ideal option for two families looking to holiday together, whilst maintaining the desired amount of privacy.

Watch your children’s’ faces light up when they spot the rooms dedicated to table football and movie nights. For those that prefer indoor entertainment, the chalets TV room has an Xbox and bean bags, primed for ultimate movie marathons. For the excitable outdoors enthusiasts, the chalet has everything they’ll need to create proper igloos and snow men.
