The jewel in this property’s crown, however, must be the fabulous pool area. Take a book, recline on a sun lounger and peer over your shades in the manner of Brigitte Bardot at the smooth surface of the wonderful private pool. The pool area has its own pool house so everything you need is to hand and you can easily spend all day at the water’s edge. There’s a terrace just above with a wonderful dining area, so there’s no need to move a muscle; the villa’s staff can bring lunch to you.

Inside the pretty, terracotta tiled building there’s a modern rustic feel throughout; whitewashed walls, contemporary artworks and a light, airy feeling everywhere you go. All the bedrooms have lovely en-suites with luxury beauty products, all have air-con and TVs, too, so if you feel in need of a little time to yourself there’s always somewhere to retreat to.

But the communal spaces are bright, spacious and welcoming. From games rooms to lounge areas and eating spaces, there are plenty of places to relax alone or gather with friends. And if you happen to get a storm passing over the bay there’s nowhere cosier to listen to it from than the capacious sofas in Villa Eden’s living room, curled up with a local bottle of wine and a good book.

The villa’s staff are ever-present yet almost invisible and will ensure every moment of your stay is as relaxing as possible, whether that means arranging babysitters, topping up your glass or making sure that every cushion remains plump, every towel fluffed to within an inch of its life.

Location

This luxury villa in St Tropez is situated right in the heart of things, just a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and the Place des Lices.

It’s just a 3 minute drive from the beach clubs of Pampelonne and the villa has wonderful views of the Bay of St Tropez.

The nearest airport is Nice which is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

Eating

Start your holiday on the right note with a champagne reception and canapés while you all settle in and get to know the staff and your luxury villa.

A private Michelin-trained chef is on hand six days a week to prepare you a tasty cooked breakfast each morning, beginning the day in a leisurely way (lighter options are also available). In the middle of the day, an alfresco lunch is served in Villa Eden’s lovely gardens; and then in the evening a gourmet four-course dinner arrives, served with local cheeses and award-winning local wines.

Your chef will be in touch prior to your arrival to discuss menus and make sure the staff are aware of any dietary needs as well as the sort of menus your group would prefer.

You’ll find you’re never hungry or in need of your drink refreshing here. The villa is stocked with local wines and there’s a longer beverages list at an additional cost for those who prefer something different. There is a perpetually full drinks and nibbles fridge and the chalet’s dedicated staff are always on hand to fetch drinks and snacks.

Kids

Villa Eden is a family friendly luxury villa with lots of open plan spaces for children to play in.

The gardens have large lawns where kids can run round and burn off lots of energy and kids of all ages are sure to love the huge private swimming pool. Parents will love the fact that the pool is gated for peace of mind and there are enumerous sun loungers around the pool so you can relax with a book while the children splash and swim.

The twin room is ideal for children to share. The eighth bedroom in the pool house is perfect for grandparents or a nanny to use, with a bit of space and peace and quiet.
