From the moment you arrive, the villa’s staff will be on hand to take care of everything for you. Your bags will be whisked away to your luxury en-suite bedrooms, each individually decorated and designed to offer maximum comfort.

The chef and butler will be hard at work all day preparing feasts fit for royalty, which you’ll enjoy in the frescoed formal dining room or outside where you can make the most of every second of your lake view. The interiors are something to behold – beautiful baroque style, rich and colourful frescoes and plush soft furnishings, all enveloped in this cool, stone building offering a little shady relief from the bright Italian sunshine outside.

And to ensure you stay as beautiful as your surroundings, there is plenty of pampering opportunity here. An indoor and an outdoor pool mean there is always somewhere to enjoy a peaceful swim. Masseurs can be booked to smooth away your every care in the dedicated massage room, and there’s a wonderful fitness suite, too.

Before you turn in for the evening, make sure you take a glass of wine outside and enjoy it with no one but the lake, the cypress trees and the heady scents of the garden for company. This is a magical setting and a unique property. Somewhere to make memories.

Location

Villa Bellanna enjoys an idyllic location on the western shore of Lake Como in the town of Ossuccio, 20km north of Como.

The nearest airports are Milan-Malpensa and Milan-Linate both 1 hour away. There’s a private airport at Lugano, a 45 minute drive away.

Rooms

Villa Bellanna sleeps 12-20 people across 6 bedrooms in the main house and 4 in the separate ‘Villino’.

All rooms have integrated audio/visual systems and safes.

Master bedroom with double bed, boudoir, walk-in dressing room, private terrace with lake view and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom two

Villino
A further eight guests can be accommodated in four bedrooms in the Villino.

Eating

A chef and butler will be on hand to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. The villa has an absolutely stunning ornate dining room with frescoed walls, which provides a magical backdrop for gourmet meals, fuelled by fine wines from the wine cellar, long into the night as well as delightful outdoor dining spaces.

Kids

There’s so much room to run about here in the villa’s extensive landscaped grounds and little ones will be in their element here. Older children will make the most of the private access to the lake and the villa’s boathouse. Waterbabies will be spoilt for choice with an indoor as well as outdoor swimming pool.

The villa’s staff are always available to help out with whatever you need to make family life easier, so you’ll never have to tidy a toy or think about laundry.

Nannies and babysitters are available on request so the adults can enjoy an evening out if they wish.
