Step through the huge doors into Villa Klara’s gardens and you find yourself on the pool terrace where the heated infinity swimming pool is surrounded by shaded loungers. This is a true example of outdoor living, with seating and dining spaces allowing you to live al fresco and even an outdoor shower, ready to cool you off after a few lengths of the pool. Nearby is a secluded fire pit lounge, perfect for late-night conversations as you watch the flames dance, or take the steps down through the staggered gardens to the private cove at the water’s edge.

This luxury, family-friendly villa in Dubrovnik is a child’s paradise, looking straight out over the sea and with private access to the beach. There’s lots of space to play both in the lush gardens and the open-plan spaces inside the villa. The infinity-edge swimming pool, which juts out towards the sea is sure to impress kids of all ages, and older teens will enjoy using the fitness suite.

Villa Klara is perched right on the edge of the Adriatic with private access to the beach a minute’s walk away and its own private pebbly cove. The villa is located just 15 minutes’ drive from Dubrovnik’s Old Town and has amenities such as shops, pharmacy and ATM within five minutes of the property. There are also several cafes, bars and restaurants less than two minutes’ walk from the front door.
The nearest airport is Dubrovnik, a 25-minute taxi ride away.
