Villa Oceana is aptly named. Tucked into the hillside just below the Moyenne Corniche on a dramatic stretch of the French Riviera, it commands privileged views of the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula jutting out into the glittering Mediterranean. Hidden in a private domain, this modern luxury villa offers space, peace, and exclusivity, a short drive from some of the Côte d’Azur’s most famous sights and fabulous beaches.
It’s likely you’ll want to spend most of your stay in Villa Oceana’s wonderful gardens with their breathtaking vistas. Cool off by swimming a few laps in the shimmering outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and pretty Mediterranean plants. Most levels of the villa have their own balcony, with glass balustrades so as not to disrupt the views.
Step inside Villa Oceana and you’ll be greeted by bright, spacious interiors, the ideal refuge from the midday heat. On the middle floor you’ll find the open plan living space, where multiple French doors allow you to let the fresh sea air inside. The lower levels are dedicated to five double bedrooms – including a colossal master suite with its own sitting room – and a Hammam where you can rejuvenate tired muscles after a long day at the beach.
On the top floor, a separate apartment is the perfect accommodation for someone who needs their own space, whether it’s a grandparent, teen, nanny, or other staff. Sleeping 12 across four floors, Villa Oceana is the perfect base for your luxury villa holiday on the Riviera.
Villa Oceana is situated in a private domain in Villefranche-sur-Mer, close to the coast and Cap Ferrat, and between Nice and Monaco. The town of Beaulieu-sur-Mer is an 8-minute drive away, and Nice city centre is 20 minutes away. The nearest sandy beach is Plage des Marinières, 15 minutes away by car or 40 minutes on foot.
Fly into Nice or Cannes airport, a 25-minute or 50-minute journey from the villa respectively.
