When the sun gets a title too much, have a dip in one of the coolest swimming pools you’ll see. Split in to three, the semicircular front sets off the garden setting whilst a raised rear section allows you to swim under the shade of the villa’s overhanging canopy. The hot tub sits in pride of place and offers the fortunate few a chance to bubble away with a glass of bubbly.

The vast two and a half acre plot not only houses this magnificent villa but offers gardens cleverly created for you and your family to explore. Rural Balearic living has always meant growing your own produce and for those wishing to pick and eat, fill your boots – or basket – with apricots, peaches, figs and almonds, all of which are a plenty on these glorious grounds.

Scattered loungers and secluded four poster day beds appear as you walk amongst the swaying palms and cacti that whistle away in the warm Ibizan breeze. So take a dip in the pool and wander out into the garden and take that Spanish siesta – why not? You’ve earned it.

Should you wish to cater for you and your family, you’ll have a choice of kitchens to use. A fully equipped and supremely stylish kitchen with all the modern conveniences you could wish for awaits inside the home.

Fancy a little al fresco cooking? The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area also provides that all important life in the Med experience, with multiple al fresco dining spots to choose from.

There is more for the kids to do at Villa Oro than perhaps a week will allow. The choice of pools will keep them occupied for hours. Around those all important cooling down dips, they can enjoy exploring the play area too. Nestled in the bush, the pirate ship climbing frame with slides and monkey bars, swings and chutes will prove a hit for sure.

Accompanied by the cutest little raised beach huts complete with kiddy kitchens, this area is sure to be a big hit with little travellers. Add to that a giant checkers set, a table tennis table and trampoline and they’re set for the week.
