Private sea access

Villa Palma is your own private coastal oasis away from the bustle of Dubrovnik. Colour comes to life here – from the villa’s smart stone terrace, the view stretches across deep green forested slopes to the clear blue sea and endless sky beyond. There’s ample space for all guests to settle into the scenery: drift between the sun-drenched infinity swimming pool, unwind on plush loungers or claim a front-row view from one of the four-poster cabanas. As evening falls, a chilled glass in hand, watch the sky soften and shift in colour, mirrored perfectly in the pool and the Adriatic below.
Set among centuries-old olive groves, this former family farmhouse turned luxury retreat offers complete seclusion, with no immediate neighbours in sight. A private path leads down to an exclusive beachside deck carved into the rocks, just a two-minute stroll away, where a natural sea pool provides a sheltered spot for children to swim and adults to linger by the water’s edge. For those keen to explore further afield, days can be shaped around private sea experiences — from island hopping to leisurely coastal cruises aboard a private Jeanneau Prestige 34 motor yacht, complete with skipper, offering effortless access to the Adriatic’s hidden coves and nearby islands.
Time at Villa Palma is as rewarding at home as it is on the water. Between dips in the sea and afternoons by the pool, guests can relax in the outdoor hot tub, keep active in the modern open-air gym or enjoy relaxed competition in the billiard and games room. Evenings invite a slower pace, whether that’s settling in for a film in the cinema room or simply enjoying the calm that settles over the villa once the sun has set.
Step inside Villa Palma and you’ll be struck by the abundance of natural light. The open-plan living and dining area is warm and welcoming, with terracotta floors and a country-style kitchen that encourages long, leisurely meals together. Airy en-suite bedrooms feature high wooden ceilings, bespoke closets and soft linens, offering cool, restful spaces to retreat to at the end of each sun-filled day.
