This luxury villa is decorated in an ultra-modern, yet sophisticated style, using the finest marble and solid wood furniture as well as all the latest gadgets. If you are feeling energetic you can swim against the hydra-jets in the indoor heated pool, work out on the gym equipment or take the mountain bikes out for a spin.

At the heart of Villa San Pedro is a huge living room with vaulted ceiling and glass doors opening onto the terrace – perfect for gathering together with friends and family.

As you enter through the magnificent Andalusian archway at the entrance to Villa San Pedro, you really know you have arrived. Tucked away in the exclusive El Madronal gated development, you are only a ten minute drive from Puerto Banus and Marbella. And, for very large groups, the two neighbouring villas can also be hired at the same time.

There is a daily housekeeping service to keep everything spick and span. And if you would like a full time professional chef, grocery deliveries or any other help, it can be arranged at an extra cost. Every booking at Villa San Pedro is bespoke, so it’s up to you whether you want seclusion or a full team of staff to attend you.

Location

Located on one of the premier private suburbs of the Costa del Sol, the ultra-exclusive El Madronal. This location is less than 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banus and Marbella.

The charming town of San Pedro with over 200 cafés and restaurants, fine sandy beaches and seafront promenade is just 5 minutes away. A two minute drive away is Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club, which also boasts two driving ranges, tennis courts, squash, sauna, gym, paddle tennis, pro-shop, restaurant, café and a children’s play area.

The are over 30 golf courses within a 30 minute drive from the villa and 10 in less than 10 minutes.

This luxury villa can also be rented alongside two other villas on the estate (Villa Florenta and Villa Palmera), offering 21 bedrooms.

Eating

The villa is perfect for hosting parties and celebration meals with its elegant indoor dining table, a kitchen diner and a chic outdoor dining space too. The self-contained flat also has a small kitchen and dining table.

When there is a crowd of people clamouring for food all day long, it makes sense to have help in the kitchen. Private chefs can be hired at an additional cost for however long you need them, from a one-off gourmet meal to three meals a day for the duration of your stay.

In the main building you will find a beautiful large kitchen and an impressive gas barbecue where you can prepare tantalising meals for you and your guests.

We can arrange to have the villa pre-stocked with everything you need so you don’t have to traipse around the supermarket. Chef and shopping services are at an additional cost.

Kids

Children will love the space here, being free to roam the landscaped gardens and enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools. Mountain bikes are available, and there are 3km of private road on the El Madronal development – perfect for older kids to cycle around.

Competitive kids will love the table tennis for hours of jovial rounds, and with a tonne of indoor board games the fun can continue into the evening. For days at the beach, football, cricket, boules, badminton, frisbees and bucket and spade sets are all at hand.

The location of Villa San Pedro is excellent for families, with the bustling resorts of the Costa del Sol just minutes away by car and plenty of sandy beaches to choose from. There are loads of child-friendly activities, all year round, such as water parks, boat trips and even a safari park.
