Location

This luxury villa is located within the exclusive resort of Porto Zante on the Greek island of Zakynthos, just off the western coast of the mainland. It’s 15 minutes drive to the main town and harbour.

The island’s airport is a 20 minute drive away.

Rooms

This luxury villa sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The villa is comprised of a large 3-bedroom villa and a large 1-bedroom guest annex villa with its own private pool, connected through a private path in their gardens.

Each master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite marble bathroom with walk-in dressing rooms.

There are two separate staff quarters with their own en-suite bathrooms and private entrance, suitable for a nanny which are available on request.

Please note that beds cannot be split into twins.

Eating

The property is set within the grounds of the exclusive Porto Zante resort, so guests of the villa can eat in the beachfront Club House Restaurant, which is a Mecca to Mediterranean and Greek gastronomy with stunning views out over the Ionian Sea. Fresh fish and lobster, enjoyed while watching the sunset over the neighbouring island of Kefalonia, is a top way to end any day here.

Or, if you would prefer to try something different, Maya restaurant on the waterfront offers superb Asian cuisine and sushi in a beachfront location.

If, however, you prefer the privacy and quiet of your own villa, a private chef can be arranged to rustle up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen on request at an additional charge. Alternatively there is a 24 hour in-villa dining service available, allowing you to enjoy a la carte meals delivered straight to your villa door.

Kids

This spacious luxury villa with three private swimming pools is an ideal property for families, with bags of room both inside and out for children to run about and the added bonus of the beach right on your doorstep.

Children are made very welcome, with dedicated dining menus and lots of small details taken care of such as kids’ bath toys in the bathrooms and a Playstation 4 to amuse them if the weather should turn. The property is part of the Porto Zante resort, which offers a wonderful kids’ club for children as well as a playground. Babysitters are also available on request if you’d like to pop out for some adults-only time.
