On the ground floor, an open-plan entertaining space includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cool lounge with modern furnishings backed by a feature stone wall. Two light and airy en-suite bedrooms are a pleasure to retreat to in the quiet of the evening. Head on up to the first floor and you’ll find the piece de resistance of sleeping spaces: a dedicated master room with a walk-in closet and a balcony that gives you far-reaching views over the lake.

No villa of this quality would be complete without a private swimming pool and this one, tucked away on the verdant hillside, is a real little gem. This is where you’ll likely spend most of your stay. Comfy loungers laid out around the swimming pool offer the ideal spot to soak up some sunshine, while the patio furniture is in prime position for sipping an icy glass of wine or a cold beer and gazing out at the lake views.

In the basement, the spacious spa and relaxation area with sauna and steam room is a welcome bonus. There is also a massage treatment and small fitness area (gym equipment can be provided on request).

Location

Landmark Villa 3 is perfectly positioned within the five-star Eden Reserve, offering views of glistening Lake Garda.

The town of Gardone Riviera is about a 10-minute walk (or short shuttle ride) away and there’s plenty going on here, with charming cafés to eat at, boutiques to browse and lake-based activities to try out.

The nearest airport is Verona, just over an hour away by car. If travelling by helicopter, there is also an on-site heliport available on request.

The hotel’s fine-dining restaurant is a great spot for dinner. Or, if you prefer to sample the local eateries, there’s a choice of relaxed restaurants and cafés down in Gardone.

Landmark Villa 3’s private outdoor swimming pool means kids can have fun in the water without even leaving the garden. The lawns surrounding the villa give plenty of space for leg stretching and the Eden Reserve itself is very family friendly. A cot can be provided on request.

Your stay also includes e-bikes for exploring, and there’s a shuttle service within 10km – both handy when it comes to getting children to and from where they need to be.

It’s around a 10-minute downhill walk to Gardone’s pebble beaches, which have Blue Flag status, and it’s easy to get out on the lake with various watersports such as paddle boarding and canoeing.
