Children will love the private swimming pool here and can happily splash about for hours. The hotel can also provide e-bikes for adventures away from the villa. For younger guests, a cot can be provided on request.
The villa’s location offers lots of fun for all the family. A 10-minute downhill walk away, Gardone’s pebble beaches have Blue Flag status and out on the lake, you can all have a go at watersports such as paddle boarding and canoeing.

Landmark Villa 4 has an enviable setting in the five-star Eden Reserve Hotel & Villas with views over Lake Garda.
It’s about a 10-minute walk downhill to the charming town of Gardone Riviera, known for its artsy cafés, botanical gardens and lakefront activities. If you don’t plan on walking back up, you have a shuttle service at your disposal (within 10km).
To reach the villa from Verona airport takes just over an hour. If travelling by helicopter, there is also an on-site heliport available on request.
