A charming outdoor dining area gives you the perfect excuse to throw together an easy meal from the wonderful local ingredients on offer, and spend the evening outside with a few plates of Italian specialities and a bottle of wine, watching the sun sink over the hills.

Each morning, wander along the paving stones to your private pool, where the hours will fly by as you gaze out to the countryside beyond.

The villa benefits from the friendly service offered by Villa Camelia’s staff. Whether you would like help with restaurant bookings or someone to open your umbrellas each morning to create a shady spot for you to relax with a book, a member of staff will be on hand to take care of it.

The guest house is located in the grounds of Villa Camelia, which is just 15km from Cortona in Tuscany and is within an hour’s drive of Siena, Lake Trasimeno and lots of the country’s best wine regions.

The nearest airports are Perugia, a 1 hour drive away, or Florence airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away.

The guest house comprises of a double room, bathroom with shower, open plan kitchen/diner and private terrace with outdoor eating area and private pool.

It can also be rented alongside Villa Camelia next door to sleep up to 8 guests.

Eating

A welcome basket is left for you, with wine or Prosecco, tea, coffee and other essentials. The villa’s staff can arrange for the cupboards to be stocked with a shop for you ready for your arrival and extra shops can be arranged on request. The villa has a sleek and contemporary kitchenette with everything you may need including a coffee machine, microwave, oven, induction cooking plates, fridge, freezer dishwasher and washing machine, all for you use.

The staff at this luxury villa are also on hand to make restaurant bookings for you any offer local advice should you need it.
