Villa O has a colossal 1,250sqm of living space that includes a large open-plan kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area, a huge galleried lounge with a library and second sitting room area, four en-suite guest rooms and a staff guestroom. In addition there is also a guesthouse in the grounds with a further two guest rooms.

There are endless options to relax and unwind at Villa O; take a doze in the Balinese-style pool house, a stroll in the jasmine-scented gardens, read on one of the many terraces or perhaps a dip in the Jacuzzi on the spectacular roof terrace. With its commanding views over the bay and the twinkling lights of the harbour, the roof terrace at Villa O takes on a magical quality in the evenings.

Location

Nestled in the hills, Villa O is a hidden gem. Superbly located on a private road in the Colla Blanche area of St. Jean Cap Ferrat it has a very private feel, yet is just a five minute walk from the village of St.Jean and the harbour.

Monaco is a 15 minute drive away from this luxury villa, whilst the nearest airport at Nice is approximately 45 minutes away.

Rooms

Villa O is built over 4 floors with the main open plan living space and main terrace on the second floor. The living room has a galleried ceiling with an additional lounge area on the 3rd floor. The gym is on the top floor giving jaw-dropping views over the bay and the cinema is on the first floor.

There are 4 main guest rooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, and 3 of which have their own dressing rooms.

The fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor of the villa, best suited for either guests’ staff or children.

Please note that all beds are fixed doubles and cannot be split into twin beds.

Eating

Guests will be treated to a delicious continental breakfast each morning at this luxury villa. For other meals you will enjoy the services of a private chef to russle up gourmet meals for you and your party. All food and drink with the exception of breakfast is charged for additionally, allowing the chef to tailor menus to your exact preferences.

Villa O has both indoor and outdoor dining areas, allowing you to take advantage of the ‘al fresco lifestyle’ and breathtaking sea views from every angle at this luxury villa.
