There is a real sense of indoor and outdoor merging here. The airy open-plan living space (with adjacent dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen) has large floor-to-ceiling windows and opens out onto the exceptional swimming pool terrace with its series of immaculate spaces. Take a seat at the pergola-shaded dining area for leisurely al fresco meals and take your pick of where to relax: there’s a plush beach-club-style sofa, overwater day beds and a sunken seating zone with fire pit for starters.

The mineral-green infinity swimming pool is Villa Ines’s piece de resistance – swim your way to the end to reach an enchanting waterfall and soak up those stunning sea views. If you like your dips always warm, the swimming pool can be heated on request.

Back inside on the ground floor, the master bedroom opens onto the garden and there’s a further double or twin room. Upstairs, you’ll find three en-suite bedrooms enjoying sea views. The final piece of this fabulous puzzle is a separate garden guest house with a double bedroom, shower room and kitchenette – ideal for multi-generational holidays or for guests looking for a little more me-time.

Location

Villa Ines has a particularly private hillside position on Corfu’s north-east coast, just minutes from sought-after Agios Stefanos (San Stefanos). This popular fishing village has a range of tavernas, bars and boutiques, as well as sandy beaches.

Transfers from Corfu airport take approximately one hour.

Spacious and secluded, a circular dining table takes centre stage for sociable mealtimes, while the bar area is the ideal perching spot to muddle up some cocktails. There’s also a barbecue for grilling up local produce – perfect for flavour-packed leisurely lunches with a side of sea views.
