Jess from Firefly Collection arranged a lovely ski holiday to France for us! Honestly, the whole process was seamless from beginning till end. She suggested a beautiful chalet within our perimeters and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We had an amazing experience booking our ski trip through Firefly Collection. From the first inquiry to the end of our stay, everything was smooth and well-organized. We stayed at Firefly’s chalet lorne for 7 days in Feb and I can not praise Firefly enough. They out did themselves and were way above my expectations (which are pretty high). If anyone is looking for a ski holiday your first stop should be Firefly because they were the best.

We used Jess at Firefly to book our dream trip away to Val D’lsere last week! From initial contact when choosing our Chalet all the way through to check in Jess and her team were highly accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. The extra perks and security of booking through Firefly are definitely worth it! We will definitely be using Jess & Firefly to book our ski holiday again next year. We all couldn’t recommend them enough.
