Ellen at Firefly gave us an amazing selection of chalets to review and was patient with our ever changing plans. She was proactive but not pushy striking a great balance!

Jess was fantastic in helping us find the perfect villa for a family holiday in Crete. Coordinating a trip for three generations, with family travelling from both Cyprus and the UK, was no small task, but she made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free.
The villa exceeded our expectations and gave us the perfect base to spend quality time together. Once we arrived, Katerina was an exceptional concierge. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure we were looked after throughout our stay.
We had such a wonderful experience that we’ve already asked Jess to help us find another villa for next year. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I recently worked with Caitlan Gee at the Firefly Collection to help me find a 9-day vacation rental in Chamonix, France for next summer to celebrate my special birthday with my family of 9.
She did a great job matching my needs to several fantastic chalets and answering all my questions in a very timely manner.
I am absolutely thrilled with the chalet we selected and can’t wait to make the trip. I highly recommend Firefly and Caitlan for 5-star service.

We have just booked a chalet for a family holiday next year in Morzine through Firefly Collection. The travel consultant we dealt with is Ellen. The process of choosing the right property for our requirements proved to be a long one but Ellen patiently and promptly helped us throughout. Obviously we have not stayed in the chalet yet so we will see what that is like and maybe review it as well. But as far as finding a place is concerned I would certainly highly recommend Firefly.

I contacted Jess at Firefly collection to help me find the perfect summer holiday accommodation for our family group of 33 and she did not disappoint!! Every requirement was fulfilled and nothing was too much trouble from booking restaurants, a chef for a special dinner, yoga sessions….every little detail considered.
We had the most incredible stay at 2 beautiful luxury villas in Crete. The Villa’s were absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed and finished to an exceptionally high standard, with everything you could possibly need. They were immaculately clean and so comfortable.
The sea views were breathtaking, overlooking Plaka bay and Spinalonga island. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of a number of fabulous restaurants and lovely shops.
The villa manager & his team were wonderful — so professional, attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
We honestly couldn’t fault the villas and team and would happily return. Thank you Jess & firefly collection!

I recently contacted Firefly Collection to enquire about a chalet for our upcoming European ski holiday. As we’d never skied in Europe before, I was feeling a little overwhelmed by the many resorts and accommodation options available.
I received a prompt response from Lilian, who suggested we arrange a phone call to discuss our plans. She took the time to understand our travel group, exactly what we were looking for, and our budget before preparing a personalised shortlist of chalets that perfectly matched our requirements.
Lilian’s knowledge of the different ski resorts was exceptional, and her advice was invaluable. She was incredibly professional, yet also warm, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Throughout the entire process, she kept in regular contact, responded promptly to every question, and shared thoughtful recommendations.
The level of personal service we received was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lilian to anyone planning a European ski holiday and will certainly be contacting her again for our future ski trips.

We stayed in Chalet Etoile de Neige. Elegant and comfortable, with a lot of light and good-sized bedrooms. Excellent situation a five/ten minutes’ drive from La Chaudanne and Meribel, with views across the valley and sunshine, when there was any.
The Chalet staff were helpful to a man and woman. Drivers came in moments to pick up various of our party all with their own schedules and skiing plans. Also helped with our skis and to dig us out of the rising snow-levels. Different locations for pick up and drop-off not a problem. Ski hire all organised and very good. Food delicious, Radomir is a fine chef and can cater for different dietary needs. Meals very lavish – including treaty breakfasts of pancakes and tea for the two small children aged 3 and 5. Very nice choice of wines, as well. All in all, a tremendous chalet.

Our family had a wonderful week of snow fun at Chalet des Amis! We go skiing together almost every year, and this year was hands down our favorite! Thanks to the wonderful team of Chalet des Amis, our stay was completely carefree. They truly took care of every detail with great care. The chalet offers a perfect combination of access to the slopes and everything the town of Meribel has to offer. Huge thank you for making this a family holiday we will always fondly remember.
