Catering
The menus at Cabane Tortin are as carefully designed as the interiors. Your private chef will be looking after you, serving bespoke menus, agreed with you in advance and using seasonal ingredients sourced from within 100km of the property wherever possible, such as Valais Lamb, Gruyere d’Alapage and local heirloom variety vegetables. Everything is paired with carefully selected wines from the chalet’s cellar.
A substantial breakfast and packed lunch are provided each day, unless you prefer to eat out in one of the mountain restaurants. Sunset après canapés and cocktails served on the terrace are a highlight for many guests.
Your chef will also be happy to provide a special children’s menu to cater to younger tastebuds if required.
