Positioned on the edge of the Verbier plateau, only a five minute walk from the town centre, this luxury ski chalet offers accommodation for up to 14 people across seven individually-designed guest suites. With balcony access from most of these suites, guests will be impressed with the sumptuous surroundings and incredible views in this elegant alpine retreat. Every detail emulates luxury – from antique wood beams, to roll top copper baths, oak panelled rooms, natural stone sinks, impressive art and lavish fabrics.

Anything goes, but as an idea, why not start your day with a Swiss style breakfast. When you return from the slopes, you’ll be greeted with a warming afternoon tea, or take a snack whilst relaxing in your room, or in the hot tub – wherever you feel like. Take a bath, get ready for dinner, and then head downstairs to savour the piece de résistance of the day – dinner. Your private chef can create a seven course tasting menu of your choice, or keep it simple if you’re feeling healthy – you choose.

The wonderful thing about this luxury ski chalet service is that there are so many options. Eating around the impressive dining table as a group will create a great start to the evening. There’s even a wine list provided by a renowned local cave to get you in preparation for later. Once you’re ready, maybe get your chauffeur to take you to one of Verbier‘s finest bars, where you can party the night away on your luxury ski holiday.

Chalet 1936 is a fantastic luxury ski chalet to for children, with so many in-house facilities they’ll love. Whether they’re watching a movie in the cinema room, playing in the swimming pool, games room or just relaxing in front of the television, they will be entertained for hours. It’s even fun at bedtime, since they’ll be sleeping in cosy bunk beds, the only quibble will be over who gets the top bunk!

If you need a little downtime on your luxury ski holiday, nannies and babysitters can be arranged on request. In the evenings your private chef will be happy to prepare early children’s meals to suit your little ones schedule.
