Cosy up with a big gang of family or friends in this welcoming chalet, right on the slopes of Alpe d’Huez.
Chalet La Chapelle is a spacious property, decorated in traditional Alpine style and offering a warm welcome with a home-from-home vibe.
The open-plan living spaces are designed to feel sociable yet laid back, with natural materials, vaulted ceiling, huge sofas, and a roaring fire in the stone fireplace. The perfect spot in which to put your feet up with a drink after an energetic day on the snow. An outdoor terrace allows you to take in the mountain air with a coffee in the mornings, or sit with sundowners as the stars begin to appear in the evenings.
For those who like their ski holidays with plenty of pampering, the sauna and indoor Jacuzzi offer a mindful space in which to refresh body and soul and soothe and aches and pains picked up on the slopes.
And all the practicalities are thought of, too, with underground parking and a well-planned ski room, making all your comings and goings stress free.
At the end of each day, everyone can retreat to comfy, cosy bedrooms to fall into a deep sleep and wake ready for more adventures in the morning.
Located in the Le Village development of Alpe d’Huez and nestled between two slopes with ski-in/ski-out access, you can be out on the snow within moments when staying at Chalet La Chapelle.
This is also a good chalet choice for beginners and children as the lifts and nursery slopes are right outside the chalet.
It’s just a 10-minute walk to the centre of town with all its shops, bars and restaurants.
The nearest airport is Grenoble an hour and a half from the property. Lyon airport is 2 hours away and Geneva is 2 hours 40 minutes away.
