Dufourspitz Lodge is one of a small handful of properties within this prestigious building that’s just a minute’s walk from the Klein Matterhorn Lift.

Created by interior design masters, every little detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the V-zug appliances in the kitchen to the uber-comfy super-king Vi-Spring beds and underfloor heating that make the bedrooms so cosy.

The main living spaces are welcoming and sociable. Comfortable sofas are gathered around a roaring fire, huge windows offer awesome views of the Matterhorn and designer furniture in the dining space creates a comfortable but stylish backdrop to long, leisurely meals. There’s also a cinema room where you can get together with family and friends for a night at the movies.

Take the oak spiral staircase or the lift down to the residence’s lower floors to relax in the building’s shared wellness area, which includes a swimming pool, sauna, Hammam, fitness suite and outdoor hot tub. Or perhaps book yourself in for a massage or facial to soothe body and soul after an busy day on Zermatt’s slopes.

As the stars begin to twinkle over the town, take your drinks out onto the south facing balcony for a bit of mountain air and to whisper ‘goodnight’ to the Matterhorn before sinking into cosy beds ready for tomorrow’s fun.
