Feel right at home in this cosy apartment where rustic style and modern conveniences combine perfectly. Marmotta Culm Apartment 3 at the exclusive Marmotta Culm building in St Anton is a luxury ski chalet designed as a base for a small group of family or friends.
The open-plan living spaces are light and welcoming. A roaring fire and exposed beams bring a relaxed, Alpine feel and squashy sofas and a small library make this a comfy space in which to relax with friends after an energetic day on St Anton’s slopes. The room has pretty views of the slopes as well as a terrace where you can appreciate those views at closer quarters and breathe in the mountain air.
The three bedrooms each have their own en-suites, all stocked with luxury bath products and fluffy robes and towels for a bit of spa style.
In the afternoons, when you’ve returned from the slopes, guests of the Marmotta Culm building are welcome to use the wellness area to soothe aching limbs in the sauna, ice fountain and infra-red cabin. There’s also a fitness suite and table tennis table for those with any energy left to burn off. Those who wish to indulge in a little pampering might like to book a massage, before returning to Marmotta Culm Apartment 3 for further rest and relaxation over a glass of wine.
Marmotta Culm Apartment 3 is one of three properties that make up the luxury Marmotta Culm building in St Anton. The building is set directly on the Zemmermoos piste with ski-in/ski-out access so you can be out on the snow as soon as you’re ready in the mornings.
The property is perfectly located, very close to both the Galzigbhan gondola as well as the centre of St Anton.
The nearest airport is Innsbruck, 1 hour 15 minutes away, and Zurich, 2 hours 20 minutes away.

At Marmotta Culm Apartment 3, you’ll enjoy a luxury bed and breakfast service, with a continental breakfast delivered to the apartment each morning. You’ll wake to bread and pastries, cheeses and charcuterie as well as yoghurt, fruit, muesli and more. When you get back to your chalet in the afternoons, tea, coffee and a different regional sweet treat each day are waiting for you so you can refuel. Snacks and tea and coffee are always available, too.
In the evenings, choose to cater for yourselves in the property’s well-equipped kitchen and delightful dining space, or explore St Anton’s eateries with recommendations from Marmotta’s staff.
Please note that breakfast is only included in peak season but can be added on in Summer on request. Private chefs can also be arranged if needed.

This luxury ski apartment sleeps six people, making it a great option for a family to share. The open-plan living spaces mean the children are always close by and the Marmotta Culm building also has a gym that teens might enjoy as well as a table tennis set-up to entertain kids of all ages in the afternoons after ski school. There is also the option of some down time with few cartoons if required.
Cots and highchairs are available for those travelling with babies and babysitters can be arranged on request.
