Newly renovated for winter 2024 season, Apartment L’Ariondaz is a luxury duplex apartment in Courchevel 1850 that makes for the ideal base for a family or two couples to enjoy all the area has to offer.
The double living room means there is plenty of space to sprawl on the super-comfy L-shaped sofas, warming yourselves in front of the fire with a drink in hand and a cosy blanket on your knees. Nearby is an intimate dining area; a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal if you fancy a night in. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen in the apartment.
Guests of Apartment L’Ariondaz will enjoy making the most of all the facilities of the nearby Le Strato Hotel, with its fabulous restaurant and bars for dinner, as well as a spa to use on afternoons when you need a little recuperation between the slopes and your gourmet evening meal. The chalet is perfectly positioned, close not only to the hotel but also to the slopes and the centre of town.
Everything here is designed to aid your total rest and relaxation so you can be sure that when you retire to your luxury en-suite bedroom at the end of the evening, the bed will be super-comfy, the duvets extra thick and warm and every detail will be taken care of. Sweet dreams!
This luxury ski apartment in Courchevel 1850 has a ski-in/ski-out location onto the Cospillot piste and is just a few minutes drive into the centre of town.
Le Strato Hotel also runs a complimentary ski shuttle service around the resort 24 hours a day.
The nearest airport is Chambery, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive, whilst Grenoble and Lyon airports are approximately 2 hours 10 minutes and Geneva airport is 2 hours 20 minutes drive away. Moutiers rail station is also just 30 minutes’ drive.
There is also an altiport in Courchevel 1850 for those travelling by helicopter or private jet.

Apartment L’Ariondaz is offered on a bed & breakfast basis with continental breakfast basket delivered to your apartment each morning. Fruit juice, milk and yoghurts are also restocked each day. Room service with an a-la-carte breakfast menu is also available at additional cost.
The property can be booked on a half-board basis if you wish, allowing you to dine at Le Strato Hotel’s fabulous Michelin-starred Baumaniere 1850 restaurant. A Mediterranean-inspired menu with an Alpine twist, it offers the freshest seafood on the mountain as well as reinvented classic desserts, such as Mont Blanc. It’s an experience every gourmand should enjoy.

Low and high seasons vary by location and by property, but the general pattern is as follows:
Chalets
Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, plus the summer months.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
European Villas
Low season is usually April, May and October.
Mid season is usually June and September.
High season is usually July and August.
Caribbean Villas
Low season is usually June to November.
Mid season is usually November to mid-December and mid-April to June.
High season is usually mid-December to mid-April.
