The building has been completely renovated to the highest standards, offering wonderful shared facilities to its residents including an indoor swimming pool, spa, hammam and a sauna.

The semi-open plan living space has been thoughtfully designed; the living and dining areas are cleverly divided by a feature column with a TV mounted on the living side and fireplace on the dining side. A neat and well-equipped kitchen overlooks this area, which makes cooking together a sociable time on evenings when you decide not to eat out.

Whether you want to enjoy meals in the privacy of your apartment or get out and about each evening, flexibility is a cornerstone of the property. You’ll have the apartment all to yourselves, meaning you can enjoy all the facilities of a hotel but the ease of living of a self-catered property.

Each of the bedrooms have been individually designed and an ode to comfort, with luxury linens, robes, hairdryers and anything else you could need to make your own little home from home.

It’s a 6mins walk from the Schlosskopf chairlift and a 12mins walk from the Schleggelkopf lift. The centre of the village, with all its shops bars and restaurants, is just a 10mins walk away and only 3mins by car.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck, approx. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich approx. 2hrs 30mins away.
