Your gourmet experience begins before you even arrive at Chalet 47. Your talented chef will be in charge before your arrival for menu consultation to ensure all the meals served take into account your preferences.
Breakfast is served each morning and when you return from the slopes a delicious afternoon tea with sweet and savoury treats is ready and waiting for you.
On five nights of seven, pre-dinner canapés are served while your chef prepares a gourmet four-course meal for your party, to be served with carefully selected house wines. There’s also an a la carte wine list if you prefer, and a complimentary bar serves beer, wine, Champagne, spirits and soft drinks throughout your stay.
Your chef will be happy to arrange an early children’s tea so that little ones can be in bed in good time and the grown-ups can enjoy their evening at their leisure. Take-away packed lunches are also available for under-12s who are off to ski school or anywhere else during the day, so you never have to worry about getting them fed when you’re out on the snow, and can enjoy your luxury ski holiday without giving the organisation a second thought.
You’ll have two evenings a week to sample the local restaurants of St Anton and your chalet hosts will be more than happy to make recommendations and bookings.
Alternatively, Chalet 47 can be taken on a self-catered or B&B basis if you prefer, allowing you to set your own schedule during your luxury ski holiday.
