Food and drink at Chalet Daria are as much of a thrilling ride as the skiing. Chalet Daria’s champagne is delivered direct from a boutique house in the Grand Cru village of Ay.
The chalet’s chefs are poached from the world’s best super yachts, Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury villas and every meal is certain to be one you’ll remember. Menus are imaginative and fun, using only the highest quality ingredients, local where possible. But of course, if what you want is a steaming bowl of comfort food on the sofa, you have only to say.
To accompany your evening meal, the chalet’s staff have carefully selected a cellar of wines that will complement every dish perfectly. Spirits are included also and you may upgrade to premium spirits and order specific wines at an additional cost if you wish.
Whatever your choices, you can be sure of being well fed here. Each morning, you’ll be woken to a delicious cooked breakfast as well as pastries and lighter options. On your return from the slopes an afternoon tea of fresh fruit and freshly baked cakes awaits.
Your talented chef will prepare you a three-course extravaganza on five evenings, tailored to your party’s particular wishes. On two nights, your chalet host can help you choose and book a restaurant, or arrange for a cosy night in with a takeaway.
If you have children in your group the chef will be pleased to prepare an earlier tea for them to enable everyone to relax over their meals.
