Eating
You’ll be sure of being well fed here. Each morning you can order from a menu of hot cooked breakfasts as well as helping yourself to yoghurts, cereals, fruit and homemade crusty breads and jams.
When you get back from your morning on the slopes, a slap-up afternoon tea will be waiting for you. Sit by the fire and warm up over tea, coffee and a selection of homemade cakes and savouries.
On six evenings, you and your party will be treated to canapés while your chef prepares a delicious four-course meal for you including a locally inspired cheeseboard to finish the evening off in style. All the menus are planned with your input to ensure there’s something everyone will enjoy and your chef will be happy to take into account any dietary requirements.
The staff at Chalet Delormes are rightfully proud of their wine choices. After a Champagne reception on arrival, you’ll enjoy a selection of wines, handpicked for you with your meal each evening. The chalet also has a supply of spirits, mixers, beers and soft drinks available. If you have any special requests such as a favourite tipple, we can have it stocked, at an additional cost.
For those travelling with younger visitors, your chef will be pleased to arrange a children’s tea earlier in the evening if you wish.
This luxury ski chalet can also be taken on a self-catered basis.
