Chalet Etoile des Neiges is a luxury ski chalet in Méribel, located close to both the slopes and the town, but with a peaceful outlook, perched up in the Mussillon area of Méribel, surrounded by forests.
Inside, a neutral palette and modern furnishings combine with a nod to traditional Alpine style for a calming but cosy atmosphere. The main living space incorporates a galley kitchen, open-plan to an intimate dining area, with a contemporary and comfy living space adjacent. Squashy sofas, textural rugs and throws and a roaring fire provide a warm welcome each time you walk through the front door.
Outside, a spacious terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the mornings in the mountain air or relax with a glass of wine under the stars. An outdoor hot tub and sauna will help soothe any aches and pains picked up on the mountain.
When it’s time to turn in for the night, retreat to the cosy bedrooms, each decorated in a relaxing neutral palette set off by natural wood and with spa-style bathrooms. We recommend arriving early to bag the principal suite with its own seating corner and private sun terrace, but each of the rooms is a peaceful and pretty bolthole you’ll be very glad to rest your head in each night.

Catering
Good food and fine wines are almost as important as great skiing here. A host, concierge and private chef are available to ensure you never have to lift a finger and can look forward to delicious meals during your luxury holiday.
Meals are tailored to the individual guests via a menu consultation prior to your visit. The catered service includes a hearty breakfast to set you up for a day on the slopes and a four-course evening meal on five nights of the week.
Cost of food and drinks will be charged for separately, and any dietary requirements, whims and wishes can all be taken into account when menus are being designed.
On the chef’s nights off, your host or concierge will be able to help with restaurant recommendations so you can explore Méribel’s flourishing food scene.

Chalet Etoile des Neiges is a luxury family-friendly ski chalet in Méribel where all the practicalities are thought through to make your family holiday easier.
The open-plan nature of the chalet leaves lots of space to play and there’s the outdoor hot tub to have a splash in. A practical boot room makes getting out the door in the morning (and back in after ski school) a breeze, and the property also has a dedicated kids’ room to sleep four, giving smaller guests their own ‘den’ to hang out in together in the afternoons.
Your concierge will be able to help find nannies and babysitters if they are required.
Location & Distances
This luxury ski chalet in Méribel is tucked away in the quiet area of Mussillon. The property is just a 10-minute walk from the centre of town and a 15-minute walk to the nearest ski lift, although an in-resort driver service is at your disposal when taken on a catered basis.
The nearest airports are Chambery, 1 hour 20 minutes away, and Geneva or Lyon, each 2 hours away.
