Let’s begin on the basement level, where you’ll find a private indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Hammam and a self-contained gym and a massage room.

Once you’ve regained your composure, head upstairs and prepare to discover the private cinema and games room, the sumptuous bedrooms and spectacular top floor living area. Look out for those special little touches such as fresh flowers and luxury toiletries in the bathrooms as you go. And you don’t even have to climb the stairs if your legs are feeling weary – the chalet even has a lift.

Location

Chalet Gentianes is conveniently positioned with ski-in/ski-out access where guests can step out of the ski and boot room, glide through the trees and straight onto the Bellecote piste.

It is just a five minute walk to the centre of resort where are plenty of restaurants, bars, boutique shopping and the main La Croisette ski lifts.

The nearest airport is Chambery, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive, whilst Grenoble and Lyon airports are approximately 2 hours 10 minutes and Geneva airport is 2 hours 20 minutes drive away. Moutiers rail station is also just 30 minutes’ drive.

There is also an altiport in Courchevel 1850 for those travelling by helicopter or private jet.

Your private, highly qualified chef is at your command during your stay at this luxury ski chalet, and all the food and drink is charged at cost. It is totally up to you what level of catering you desire, whether that means simple and frugal, or budget-busting extravagance.

Freshly cooked breakfasts, just the way you like them, afternoon teas, children’s suppers and gourmet dinners keep flowing from the state of the art kitchen. Bespoke and a la carte is the theme, so just let chef know whether you would like, and when you would like it.

Ingredients are of the finest quality and expertly cooked, according to your tastes. When it comes to drinks, a comprehensive list of fine wines is on offer. If there’s something specific you would like – perhaps a favourite tipple – just ask in advance and we can have the chalet stocked for you.

Kids

Will the children ever want to venture out from their winter wonderland playhouse into the cold snowy outdoors? When you have your own swimming pool and cinema room, plus delicious food on tap, they might be reluctant.

Fortunately, there’s lots to do in Courchevel, and excellent nursery slopes for little ones to build up their snow confidence. We can also save you bringing heavy equipment by providing things like high chairs, cots and potties.

Having a minibus and chauffeur at your disposal means that dragging tired children home is a thing of the past. Dropping them off and picking them up at ski school is the ultimate luxury, and older children will love being able to ski right up to the chalet door.
