In the heart of chic Morzine, sits a beautiful chalet that excellently combines style with comfort. Chalet Goûter is a stunning property, set over four floors, with plenty of space for everyone both to socialise together and to find a little peace and quiet alone when needed. Warm woods and textured soft furnishings create a cosy backdrop and modern rustic style means you relax as soon as you enter the front door.
The jewel of the property must be the living space at the top of the house. Comfy sofas are perfectly placed to enjoy the wonderful views through floor-to-ceiling windows, warmed by the log burner. There’s also a second sofa area in this room, with seating gathered around a flatscreen TV, where you can relax in the afternoons when you’re back from the slopes.
On the second floor is a sociable kitchen-diner space with a professional kitchen and a laid-back eating space. On this level, out on the balcony, you’ll find a further dining area and an outdoor hot tub, ideal for soaking weary muscles after busy mornings in the snow.
Each of the beautifully designed bedrooms acts as a private bolthole for its occupants, piled high with woollen throws, handmade cushions, carefully designed lighting and artworks. Two of the bedrooms have balcony access, all have their own individual charms.
Every detail has been thoughtfully considered here, from the practical ski and boot room to the lovely bar, and staff are on hand whenever you need them to ensure you never need lift a finger.
This luxury ski chalet in Morzine is close to the centre of the town, just four minutes’ walk to the town hall.
With an in-resort driver service available from 8am – 8pm, you can be whisked to and picked up from the ski lifts each day.
The nearest airport is Geneva, around 1 hour 20 mins drive away.

Food is a big part of life at Chalet Goûter, where you can be assured of always being well fed and your drink always topped up.
The kitchen and dining room is the hub of this chalet, with a fabulous professional kitchen in which you can watch your private chef at work, preparing your meals, while you socialise with friends and family. In the dining area, you’ll eat at a characterful table made from Dutch cheese-making planks, dotted with the aged circular marks from the cheese – a fitting setting for some wonderful meals.
Each day begins with a hearty breakfast of porridge, cereals, yoghurts, pastries and fresh bread alongside juice, tea and coffee. On five days of seven there’s a delicious hot option, too.
When you return from the slopes, fill up on homemade cakes and hot drinks to warm you through, and then you have an afternoon to work up an appetite for dinner – a four-course gastronomic menu served alongside unlimited wines. Your week will be book-ended by Prosecco and canapé evenings to start and finish your holiday on the right note.
On your chef’s nights off, the chalet staff will happily help you with securing the best tables in the best restaurants so you can explore Morzine’s food scene.
