About Chalet Griffonner, Morzine

A large double height living area on the top floor is flooded with light through the floor-to-ceiling windows. In the mornings, take your first coffee of the day onto the large terrace and enjoy the incredible views across the valley and the slopes. In the evenings, the living space is transformed into a cosy retreat, with a roaring fire to gather around with friends.
If you are dining in, move across the open-plan living space to the modern and comfortable dining area, where there are upholstered chairs, created with long, leisurely dinners in mind. Afterwards, take after-dinner drinks out onto the balconies to watch the stars twinkling over the mountains.
With two additional entertaining rooms on the living floor, there is ample space to spread out at Chalet Griffonner. A home cinema room provides a cosy place to unwind after food with a film all together. The TV snug also provides the perfect space for kids to make their own, where they watch TV, play video or board games.
Wellbeing is top of the billing here, so after an energetic morning on Morzine’s slopes you can relax and recharge in the wellness area with a sauna and massage treatment room. Afterwards, why not head outside and soak in the hot tub where you can also enjoy fabulous mountain views.
Each of the luxury bedrooms is decked out beautifully with luxury linens, spa-style bathrooms and bathroom products, giving every guest space to relax and find some peace and quiet on their luxury ski holiday. All of the bedrooms can be configured as either doubles or twins, giving you room to manoeuvre, no matter who’s in your party.

Chalet Griffonner offers a selection of service levels to suit every preference – choose from relaxed catered, breakfast only, or self-catered options.
With the relaxed catered service, guests can begin each morning with a continental breakfast spread plus selected hot options. Upon returning to the chalet, a tempting sweet or savoury afternoon tea awaits. On five evenings, your private chef will prepare a three-course, family style dinner with platters and drinks set out for guests to self-serve. A children’s early supper can also be arranged on catered evenings, ensuring a relaxed dining experience for all.
The breakfast only option includes a delightful continental breakfast each morning, to include pastries, breads, preserves, cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruits.
For those who prefer complete independence, the self-catered option allows guests the freedom to dine entirely at their own pace, preparing and enjoying meals whenever it best suits their schedule.

Family-friendly
Children are most welcome at Chalet Griffonner and they’ll love haring around the open-plan living space or splashing in the outdoor hot tub.
Come evening time, there’s a TV snug as well a separate home cinema room where they might enjoy a movie night while the adults linger over a meal.
All beds can be split into twins, giving flexibility no matter how many children are in your group.
For the little ones, cots and highchairs can be provided and childcare can be arranged on request.
Location & Distances
Chalet Griffonner is nestled in the Les Encoches area of Morzine. Located on the south-facing side of the mountain, it takes advantage of sunshine throughout the day, as well as incredible views over the village and ski slopes.
The centre of Morzine is a short drive or 10 minutes walk away. In summer, a short walk to the main road leads you directly to Morzine’s suspension bridge, taking you to the heart of the village.
The nearest airport is Geneva, approximately 1 hour 20 minutes drive away.
