After days on the slopes or exploring the village, afternoon tea is served on six days a week, providing a comforting pause with sweet and savoury treats before the evening unfolds.
On six evenings, guests enjoy a refined four-course dinner accompanied by carefully selected house wines, tailored where possible to individual tastes and dietary requirements. Families are particularly well catered for, with a dedicated early children’s dinner available on these nights, ensuring younger guests can eat at a convenient time and enjoy dishes suited to them.
On the staff’s night off, the focus turns to Zermatt’s celebrated dining scene, giving guests the opportunity to discover the resort’s excellent restaurants, from cosy alpine inns to acclaimed gourmet addresses, all within easy reach of the chalet.

From the chalet, guests can reach the Matterhorn Express gondola lift station in approximately 9 minutes on foot, covering a comfortable 500 metres and ensuring easy access to Zermatt’s renowned ski area and summer hiking trails.
Zermatt is a car-free resort which has a railway station, so guests often arrive by train.
