Nestled in one of the traditional, most exclusive parts of Courchevel 1850, Chalet La Datcha is just moments from the slopes and all the three valleys has to offer. That means it’s a very quick journey back to your roaring fire and steaming mugs of tea with cake when your legs have had enough of the slopes for that day.

Chalet La Datcha’s staff are always on hand to ensure you’re well looked after and need not lift a finger during your stay. Between the chef, host and housekeeper, they have everything taken care of. From topping up your drinks to ensuring there are always stacks of towels ready for the spa, they’ve always thought of it just before you realise you need it.

This is a wonderful, sociable space for a large group to share. The living space, spread across an entire floor, incorporates a living room, dining room, open-plan kitchen, bar and wine cellar, as well as a roaring fire with feature chimney breast – the perfect spot to relax with friends and a glass of bubbly while your chef prepares your evening meal. A contemporary-gothic style, with rich colours and designer furniture used throughout gives the whole property a real wow factor.

And as well as lots of space to socialise in together, there’s also plenty of room to enjoy some peace and quiet too. Head down to the spa to while away an hour in the sauna or take in a few laps of the private pool. Or take your drinks out onto the balcony for some mountain air with your evening tipple.

By the time you turn in for the evening, to your luxury bedroom, well stocked with fluffy robes and luxury bath products, you’ll be more than ready to sink into a comfy bed and drift into a deep sleep. All you need to do is let the chef now how strong you’d like your coffee in the morning. Sweet dreams.

Location

Chalet La Datcha is located in the Chenus area of Courchevel, approx. 100 metres from the slopes and is a 4 minute chauffeured drive to the centre of town.

The nearest airport is Chambery, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive, whilst Grenoble and Lyon airports are approximately 2 hours 10 minutes and Geneva airport is 2 hours 20 minutes drive away.

There is also an altiport in Courchevel 1850 for those travelling by helicopter or private jet.

They’ll also prepare a fantastic lunch or dinner for your party. Menus can be tailored to suit your tastes – whether for simple, hearty dishes or delectable 7-course banquets.
