Eating
Guests are treated to tea or coffee in bed, plus breakfast daily, delicious homemade cakes in the afternoon and then Champagne and canapés in the evenings. Dinner is provided on five evenings per week.
Your dining experience is completely tailored to you and the chefs will be delighted to discuss your requirements prior to your arrival. They can create a formal gastronomic experience with classic dishes with a twist, or perhaps you would prefer local specialities, or comfort food in front of the TV – they can do that too.
Only the finest ingredients are used and wherever possible, local and seasonal produce, sourced from markets and farms.
Many excellent house wines are kept in stock in the cellar, but if you have any particular requests, however rare, let us know and we will liaise with the chalet team to try to track these down to have them ready for you when you arrive. Of course, there is always chilled Champagne waiting for you and your guests.
You’ll have two evenings a week to sample the local restaurants of Val d’Isere and your chalet hosts will be happy to make recommendations and bookings.
