Perched high above Morzine, Chalet M is a cut above in more ways than one. The property has been designed to make the most of its extremely enviable location. Doubleheight windows let the sunshine pour into the property and give you an arresting view of the whole of Morzine as well as the slopes of Pleney and Nyon.

The designer interior is ultra-stylish, with contemporary lighting by Tom Dixon, of Habitat fame, setting off older and artisan pieces, such as the bespoke walnut coffee table in the dining room, handmade by a local craftsman, creating a truly stunning setting for some of the fabulous meals you’ll enjoy.

The spacious living area provides a wonderful space for you and the rest of your party to relax and catch up after a day on the slopes. The top-of-the-range multi-zone entertainment system allows you all to stream music from your own devices throughout the property.

Large sofas and inviting armchairs cluster around the modern fireplace to give this open-plan space with double-height ceilings a really warm feel, made all the more cosy by contrast with the fantastic views of the mountains you can enjoy from your chair.

The bedrooms offer lots of space and little luxuries to make your stay special. All the upstairs bedrooms have balcony access so you can enjoy a bit of quiet contemplation with your first coffee of the day.

When you’re not on the slopes, you’ll find plenty to occupy you at Chalet M. Enjoy an afternoon showing of your favourite film in the 3D cinema room, or book yourself a massage, facial or manicure to treat your skin and pamper your soul.

Location

Chalet M is just a few minutes from the ski lifts and one kilometre from the town centre.

The chalet is equidistant from Ardent and Prodains, for Avoriaz skiing, and the Pleney and Super-Morzine, for skiing in Morzine, are only minutes away. If booked on a catered basis, your in-resort driver can take you to any of these lifts.

Geneva Airport is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes drive.

Rooms

Chalet M sleeps up to 8 + 4 guests in 5 bedrooms.

Bedroom one
Double bedroom on the first floor with super-king/twin beds; en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and double basins, south facing balcony and dressing room.

Bedroom two
Double bedroom on the the first floor with king-sized bed; en-suite shower room with shared balcony.

Bedroom three
Double bedroom on the first floor with king-sized bed; en-suite shower room and dressing table.

Bedroom four
Double bedroom on the upper ground floor with super-king/twin beds; en-suite shower room and balcony.

Bedroom five
Bunk room to sleep up to 4 people in full sized beds; en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. This room also has two trundle beds to accommodate a further two children (at additional cost).

Eating

During non-peak weeks, Chalet M can be offered on a ‘Relaxed Catered’ service, where guests can expect mouth-watering meals prepared by the chalet’s dedicated cook.

To set you up for the day, your chalet host will lay out a hearty continental breakfast each morning plus a selection of hot options on five mornings. Once you’ve burned all that off on the slopes, you’ll return to your chalet to find afternoon tea with either sweet or savoury tart from the local artisan pâtisserie laid out for you to enjoy.

A 3-course dinner is provided on five evenings and early kids’ tea can be arranged if required. On staff days off, you’re free to either explore a wide range of restaurants in Morzine, order a takeaway or cook for yourselves in the comfort of your chalet.

The chalet will also be pre-stocked with a selection of house wines, spirits bar with speciality gins, craft beers and European larger for guests to enjoy.

Chalet M can be booked on a self-catered basis if you enjoy cooking for yourselves, allowing you to set your own schedule or explore Morzine’s restaurants.

Kids

Morzine is a great place for a family skiing holiday, with lots of beginners’ areas and snow parks nearby.

Children will feel right at home at Chalet M. The bunk room is ideal for kids to share, with four really spacious adult-sized bunks and another two pull-out beds to enable this room to sleep six. All the other bedrooms will easily accommodate another bed or cot if younger children need to sleep close to their parents.

To keep little ones entertained there is an extensive library of games, books and the amazing cinema room is the perfect place for a family film night.

Childcare can be arranged if you wish to spend a day or evening exploring the local area without the kids in tow.
