Eating
You’ll begin your stay here in the manner to which you’ll become accustomed, with champagne and plenty of canapés.
Each morning, breakfast is served in the dining room, with hot options, accompanied by a selection of fruits, yoghurts, mueslis and freshly baked breads with jam.
When you return from skiing each afternoon, you’ll find afternoon tea waiting for you, with lots of hot drinks, cakes and pastries to recharge you after your ski session.
Each evening, champagne and canapés are served while your chef prepares a sumptuous dinner for you, served in the dining room. If there are any likes or dislikes among your party, or family favourites that you’d like to see on the menu, your chef will be only too pleased to help. A locally inspired cheeseboard is served to round the evening off.
Dinner is always complemented by a selection of hand-picked house wines to go with your meal. Again, if there are any particular wines you are a fan of, just make it known before your arrival and the staff can arrange to have those available to you. There is also beer, soft drinks and selected house spirits available throughout your stay at this luxury ski chalet.
Please note on your chef’s day off, there will be no dinner service. A continental breakfast and afternoon tea will be pre-prepared and left for you and your concierge service will be happy to arrange restaurant reservations for the evening.
