This luxury chalet accommodates up to 16 adults plus 10 children, making it an ideal base for several families or groups of friends to get together for a special occasion. It offers all the privacy of an exclusive ski chalet with acres of space for large parties to gather with all the benefits of a five-star hotel including staff who are always on hand to ensure everything is shipshape on your luxury ski holiday.

But we think you’ll find it hard to drag yourself away from Chalet Ultima 1 and all its charms. Designed in traditional chalet style but with a luxury twist, the rich woods, sumptuous soft furnishings and capacious sofas simply invite one to sprawl, and care and attention has been given to every last detail.

On lazy post-skiing afternoons, make the most of the Ultima spa for some relaxing wellbeing treatments, take a dip in the beautiful outdoor swimming pool or work up a sweat in the fitness room. Perhaps your idea of the perfect quiet afternoon is stretched out in front of a film with popcorn? Head down to the cinema room and put your feet up. However you like to relax mind and body best, you’ll find it here.

In the evenings, gather together in the impressive main living area, which is perfect for parties and laid-back gatherings alike, swap stories and enjoy a drink by the fire while your chef prepares a gourmet evening meal for you all. The sophisticated dining room seats 16 under a statement chandelier. Lit by twinkling candlelight, it’s a fabulous spot to linger over excellent food and fine wines, with good company, long into the evenings. Alternatively, after you’ve eaten, you might like to head to the cigar lounge or down to the bar to sit in front of the fire with a digestif with friends, or find a quiet corner to yourself.

When you retire for the night it’s to enormous beds and the comfiest of mattresses, with plenty of room to sprawl. Every pillow is plumped and every duvet turned back to ensure you enjoy a completely restful night’s sleep and wake ready for more fun in the morning. Don’t worry – coffee will be brewing and a delicious breakfast on the stocks before you’re gently roused.

For larger groups, this property can be booked alongside Chalet Ultima 2 to accommodate up to 28 adults + 10 children across sixteen bedrooms.

A luxury breakfast will be served each morning to ready you for a day on the slopes. When you return home from your day’s skiing, there’ll be a warming afternoon tea waiting for you.

Your private chef will conjure up tantalising 3-course lunch and dinner services during your stay. Any dietary requirements, whims and wishes can all be taken into account when menus are being designed, to ensure every meal is one to remember for all the best reasons.

Kids

This spacious luxury ski chalet in Crans Montana is a perfect snowy hideaway for groups travelling with lots of kids.

Two children’s sleepover rooms accommodate 5 children in each room and they’ll love the magical dormitory style dens complete with faux fur bean bags and stacks of cuddly toys – just like being at Hogwarts!

On afternoons after skiing, they may like to chill out in front of a movie in the cinema room together, or head down to the swimming pool with you to splash and work off some more energy. Older children might even enjoy practising their skills in the billiards room.

Your concierge is always on hand to help with anything you need to make parents’ lives easier during your stay, whether that’s arranging nannies and babysitters, booking snowy activities or ski schools or organising entertainment for children in the chalet.
