Marmotta Apartment 3 is a cosy cocoon that makes you feel at home from the minute you arrive. If you’re seeking a ski-in/ski-out apartment right on the slopes in St Anton, which also puts you just 10 minutes from the restaurants and bars in the resort centre, this is a great choice.
The space is practical, and like its two sister apartments in the same chalet, this luxury ski apartment embraces a modern alpine décor throughout and is one of the three apartments making up the beautiful Chalet Golden Marmot. It’s duplex in design, with the top floor mostly given over to a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. The vaulted exposed wooden ceiling adds a characterful loft-like feel, and a step-out balcony gives you room to breathe in the fresh mountain air while enjoying a morning coffee.
There are four calming double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath or shower room for privacy. To keep you nice and snug, comfy robes, slippers and chunky knitted throws are provided. Breakfast is delivered to your door each day and, when you return from a day on the slopes, the sweet treats of afternoon tea await.
Access to a sauna is a must on a luxury ski holiday, and Marmotta Apartment 3 comes with shared use of a bio-sauna and relaxation area. Other shared extras include a ski room and two free underground parking spaces.
Marmotta Apartment 1, 2 and 3 can be booked on an exclusive use basis with total accommodation for groups of up to 24 + 4 guests.
Marmotta Apartment 3 has a ski-in/ski-out setting on the slopes in St Anton. It’s a 10-minute walk from the resort centre, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and lively bars.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck, just 1 hour 15 minutes away, and Friedrichshafen, which is around 1 hour 40 minutes’ drive. Zurich can also be reached in 2 hours 30 minutes.
