As guests of the building you’ll enjoy use of the wellness area, including a sauna and ice fountain, as well as a gym and table tennis set-up. The building also has useful parking and a well-equipped ski room so you can kick off your skis and have your feet up moments after stepping inside.
The apartment itself is a real retreat from the world, with a modern-rustic style and plenty of home comforts. The open-plan living space includes a seating area with huge sofas around a roaring fire, flatscreen TV and a library, so there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax after an energetic day on St Anton’s slopes. A modern kitchen and dining area completes the communal living spaces.
The four cosy bedrooms each have their own en-suite shower or bathroom, stocked with luxury bath products, fluffy robes and towels to offer a welcome bolthole at the end of each day.

This luxury ski chalet in St Anton is one of three apartments in the Marmotta Culm building. The property has ski-in/ski-out access, right on the Zemmermoos piste so you’ll never waste a moment getting to where you want to be.
The Galzigbhan gondola is a short ski from the apartment and the centre of town is just a stone’s throw away.
The nearest airport is Innsbruck, 1 hour 15 minutes away, and Zurich, 2 hours 20 minutes away.

Marmotta Culm Apartment 2 is a family-friendly ski chalet that makes a wonderful base for a family group to explore St Anton. The open-plan rooms and spacious outdoor terraces leading onto a garden provide plenty of space to play and the prestigious building includes a gym and table tennis where older kids can work off some energy in the afternoons post-ski school.
Cots and highchairs are available for those travelling with babies and babysitters can be arranged on request.
