The villa is set within private parklands and forests, making it feel truly private and giving everyone plenty of space to roam. The outdoor spaces have been carefully thought out to offer everyone exactly what they need, from a playground for the kids to lake-view dining spots around the house.

Inside the villa, there’s plenty of room for everyone to find their own space to just ‘be’ as well as to gather with friends. The cosy living room with fireplace and local artworks, opens out onto a terrace and outdoor eating area. Nearby is a sophisticated dining space and a spacious top-of-the-range kitchen where you can spend time cooking with local ingredients and chatting to friends. When you need a little time to yourself, escape to the swimming pool, with its delightful bar area, or to the games room.

Park Villa has six bedrooms, many of which are en-suite with walk-in Italian showers, stocked with luxury linens and towels, bathrobes and slippers. You have the feeling of staying in a five-star hotel here, but with all the intimacy of a private house.

Location

Park Villa is a stunning property perched on the peaceful shore of Lake Geneva, but only 15 minutes’ drive from the city itself. From Geneva you can day trip via train to many of Switzerland’s scenic towns and cities.

The position of the villa, set within its own private grounds and woodlands makes it feel incredibly private but there are plenty of amenities nearby, including shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, so everything you need is close at hand.

The nearest airport is Geneva, approximately 40 minutes drive away.

Eating

Park Villa offers all the convenience of a self-catered villa, with the ability to eat wherever and whenever you like, but with the benefits of a high end hotel, with staff on hand to help with booking the best tables at the best restaurants. The staff will also pop in each day to clean.

The spacious kitchen is beautifully equipped with all the latest gadgets and appliances. Nespresso pods, tea and bottled water are all replenished each day.

Nearby is a chic and sophisticated dining area, where you can gather for special meals. There are also several outdoor dining spaces, with fabulous lake views, or you could simply take a picnic basket down to the water’s edge.

Kids
