Glamorous Courchevel 1850 in the Three Valleys is the location for this luxury five bedroom duplex penthouse arranged over the fifth and sixth floors of Six Senses Residences Courchevel.

When you’re not rubbing shoulders with the in-crowd on the slopes of buzzing Courchevel 1850, you can wind down on the wraparound balcony at this luxury ski chalet. Grab a glass of something fizzy and drink in those Alpine views.

Cool neutrals, high-end touches such as fur blankets and designer tableware come as standard at this penthouse. Contemporary chic is very much order of the day. There’s all sorts of gadgetry to amuse the techie fans in your party, including an Apple TV and integrated music and multimedia system which controls the lighting and heating.

The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for budding chefs, whilst Naturalmat organic mattresses and Organic Pharmacy bathroom amenities are an extra touch. Wine buffs rejoice – there’s a private wine cellar at your disposal. Once you’ve selected a bottle or three, assemble your group around the fireplace for drinks and nibbles in the large open plan living/dining room. After dinner, you could head to the private cinema room for movies and more drinks before bed.

The in-resort concierge will see to any request, ski related or otherwise. When you’re not snowbound, you can enjoy the Six Senses spa where you can indulge in a range of pampering wellbeing treatments, to the beautiful swimming pool and outdoor hot tub.

Location

Six Senses Residences is just off Rue des Tovets in the heart of Courchevel 1850. The slopes are a five-minute walk and the nearest lift, Jardin Alpin is a two minute walk away. However you’ll have access to a complimentary in-resort shuttle service to whisk you to and from the pistes each day.

The nearest airports are Chambery which is approximately 1h 30m away, Lyon, just over a 2 hour drive, and Geneva, approximately 2h 45m away. Courchevel also has its own altiport, ideal for those arriving by private jet.

Eating

Six Senses Prestige Penthouse is offered on a self-catered basis but you’ll be greeted each morning with a delicious breakfast of fresh bread, pastries, fruit, juices and granola, which will be brought directly to your door.

Those of you who enjoy embracing your inner Nigel Slater will find their happy place in the apartment’s well equipped kitchen. To ensure that you make the most out of your time on your luxury ski holiday, we can arrange for the cupboards to be stocked with all your favourite items, ready for your arrival.

But for times when only a restaurant will do, you’re truly spoilt in Courchevel 1850 with plenty of fine dining eateries and Michelin star establishments to enjoy. Alternatively, for evenings out closer to home, head to the onsite Sumosan restaurant, offering signature sushi and contemporary Japanese dishes.

Kids

Well located close to the centre of Courchevel, this luxury ski apartment is a great choice for families with children.

After a busy morning at ski school, young guests can enjoy splashing in the shared swimming pool, relax with a junior spa treatment or have fun at an alchemy bar workshop. Once they’ve run out of energy, they can shut themselves in the home cinema room and watch their favourite movies while the adults catch up over drinks.
