Ski-in/ski-out
A truly perfect luxury ski residence requires an ideal location as well as five-star quality (and a sprinkling of magic). This is a residence that ticks all those boxes.
Ultima Courchevel is a collection of luxury ski residences in Courchevel 1650 and the 4-bedroom properties are located in the South Resort right by the piste with ski-in/ski-out access, so you can be out on the snow as soon as you’re dressed in the morning.
Convenience of situation is one thing, but you also want somewhere that really delivers on its interior. This Ultima residence does it in spades. Every bedroom suite is delightfully designed to be a bastion of comfort and cosiness, with Chesterfield headboards for that ‘library’ feel when you’re curling up in bed with a good book, luxury linens that just invite you to slip into them at the end of the day, and spa-style marble bathrooms that make your morning ablutions a pleasure; the perfect place to wake up to each morning.
And in the main living areas, where a contemporary gentlemen’s club feel continues, breakfast will be waiting for you, coffee gently brewing and the mountains calling from the terraces, that have fabulous snowy views.
When you return from the snow in the afternoons, a fire will be roaring for you in the grate, and there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax together and catch up on all the events of the day – or to find a cosy bolthole all of their own for some peace and quiet. Cosy sofas and armchairs are gathered together near floor-to-ceiling windows, with a bar close by.
As guests of Ultima Courchevel, you’ll have shared access to the exceptional on-site spa and wellness amenities for some serious pampering after a hard day on the slopes. The South Resort boasts a heated outdoor swimming pool, Hammam, sauna, sensory shower, massage treatment rooms and a mountain-facing gym.
There are four ‘Signature Residences’ and four ‘Prestige Residences’ within the Ultima South Resort. Each of the residences’ layout will differ and images shown as a guide to reflect the style and decor.
Located by edge of La Rosière Forest, the Ultima residences may be peaceful but it’s right at the heart of the skiing action, with ski-in/ski-out access to the Belvédère piste.
The nearest airport is Chambery, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive, whilst Grenoble and Lyon airports are approximately 2 hours 10 minutes and Geneva airport is 2 hours 20 minutes drive away.
There is also an altiport in Courchevel 1850 for those travelling by helicopter or private jet.
