This prestigious and brand new Ultima development is home to a collection of luxury residences, situated close to the Belvédère piste so you never waste a moment in the mornings getting out onto the snow. We know you enjoy a little privacy and quiet, so each residence is entirely self-contained and attended by discrete on-site staff who are always on hand to help and yet virtually invisible.

And it’s always a warm welcome when you return to your residence. The interior has a contemporary gentlemen’s club feel, with capacious sofas and armchairs arranged close to floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent mountain views, a fire roaring ready to warm you through and a cosy dining area for enjoying long meals into the evenings, or a catch-up over drinks après ski.

Within the North Resort, there are four 5-bedroom residences plus a further 4-bedroom residence for smaller groups. Each of the residences’ layout will differ and images shown as a guide to reflect the style and decor.

Location

Positioned by edge of La Rosière Forest, this location might be peaceful but it’s right at the heart of the skiing action with the Belvédère piste a short walk away.

The nearest airport is Chambery, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive, whilst Grenoble and Lyon airports are approximately 2 hours 10 minutes and Geneva airport is 2 hours 20 minutes drive away.

There is also an altiport in Courchevel 1850 for those travelling by helicopter or private jet.

Rooms

Within the North Resort, there are four 5-bedroom residences plus a further 4-bedroom residence (for smaller groups).

Every comfort is included from luxurious en-suites, fluffy bathrobes and slippers to sumptuously soft linens.

Please note that all beds are fixed and cannot be split into twins.

Eating

The Ultima Residences are offered on a half-board basis, with breakfast served daily at the chalet to fuel you for the day ahead.

For evening meals, your private chef will conjure up tantalising meals on six nights. Meals are prepared in the professional kitchen and served by your butler in the privacy of your own residence. Any dietary requirements, whims and wishes can all be taken into account to ensure every meal is one to remember for all the best reasons.

Privatisation of the on-site dining room for up to 25 guests can be arranged on request, perfect for those staying in various residences who wish to dine together.

A complimentary minibar with soft drinks, tea and coffee is available in each residence and refreshed daily. Please note that alcoholic drinks will be charged for separately.

The peaceful location make this a fantastic property for family groups with children. Getting out in the mornings with children can be a challenge, as every parent knows, and being so close to the Belvédère piste is a huge help.

In-resort staff will be only too happy to help parents with anything they need to make their break as easy as possible, from booking nannies and babysitters, to arranging ski lessons.
